【Farewell Email．二】與客戶及全體同事電郵告別　咁寫唔失禮！

覓到新工作，和現職公司說再見。想要好來好去，一封得體大方的Farewell email絕不能缺。面對上司、相熟同事、生疏同事和客人，點寫才是最好？立即教你！

與自己的團隊告別完畢，還有一大堆平日有些工作往來，但又不太相熟的同事，以及讓你又愛又恨的客戶大人們。

給其他部門同事

雖然不是太熟稔，但可能在工作職位上偶有合作，和他們說一聲你要離開，是有禮貌和專業的表現。

簡單地告訴他們你的最後工作天，是較得體的開場白。

As you may have already heard, I'm leaving my position here at [Company], and my last day is coming up on [date].

當然也需要感謝他們對你工作上的協助，但態度有禮、親切便可，不需加入私人的對話和事務。

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I've enjoyed my time here—and you've played a part in that. It's been so great working with you and getting to know you.

假如你希望日後與他們保持聯繫，可以留下私人的電郵地址，但這並非必要。

My personal email address is [personal email address], so don't hesitate to reach out whenever.

給予客戶

客戶是偉大的米飯班主，有禮地向他們說你將要離開工作，是尊重和負責任的行為，千萬千萬不要漏掉這個動作。

首要，當然是告訴他們你的last day，別讓他們之後「摸門釘」。

I'm touching base with a bit of news for you. I'll be leaving my position as [job title] here at [Company], and my last day will be [date].

無論你之前被客戶蹂躪得多慘，到了last day，恩怨情仇也應當煙消雲散，給他們一個雲淡風輕的感謝吧！

I wanted to reach out to let you know that I've so enjoyed working with you during my time here. It's been a true pleasure getting to know you better!

最最最重要的是，你與公司的關係結束了，但他們尚未！你必須在電郵中給他們新一手聯絡人的聯絡資料和方法，最好是副件給下手。
