雖然放假期間真的一封email都不想覆,但這刻再是輕鬆,日後還是要回去工作的。作為一個有交代的人,這時作有禮貌的回覆是必需的。放假期間所回覆的email不用長篇,精簡到位最緊要,而且必需包含以下3大要點。

2.想保持友好的態度並保持專業

可以稍為在email中說笑,令別人從字裏行間都感受到你的喜悅。

3.帶有節日氣氛的回覆

一開始已經可以用帶有節日氣氛的祝福,適合在聖誕和新年等節日使用。

4.與世隔絕 請勿打擾

可以說明自己的假期會身處在偏僻的地方,難以接收或根本不會接收到信號,所以可以選擇在去旅行前send這封email通知最近有連絡的客戶。

5.真的有需要才會回覆

可以表明自己在這段時間檢查email的時間將不會如平時般高速,並指有緊急事才通知。

6.幽默風格

這種風格除了要你個人形象比較風趣外,客戶的接受度都要高才可使用,可以嘗試以選擇題形式告訴對方你的假期在做甚麼,玩味感重。
