【DSE放榜】Cover Letter點寫先加分？　獵頭教授寫求職信4部曲！

DSE放榜後，同學們都是時候決定自己的路向，然而，升學並不是唯一出路，及早找到自己的興趣，踏足職場建立自己的事業路，未嘗不是一件好事。CV固然要寫，但求職信又重要嗎？怎樣可以有限的經驗去吸引僱主？
人力資源公司Robert Half，有約4年招聘人才經驗的Senior Recruitment Manager Hanson Chan表示，求職信要精簡，以約250字內的內容，吸引僱主聘用。他會教大家求職信的內容鋪排，增加同學獲聘的機會。

Hanson指，雖然與CV相比，求職信的重要性相對地沒那麼高，但有求職信可以令僱主清楚知道你的求職目的，印象分都會稍為有所增力。而求職信可以分為以下4個部分撰寫。

1.【職位及公司名稱】

Hanson表示，求職信切忌讓人覺得你只是copy and paste，所以起始一定要寫對公司名及自己申請的職位，以表尊重，然後才簡單闡述申請該職位的原因。

2.【個人背景】

短短重點提及自己的背景，例如就讀的學校、於校內參加過什麼學會和校外有參加過什麼活動，不妨簡單列舉1至2個例子，令人知道你有意擴闊眼界。

3.【自我推銷】

Hanson指求職信着重自我推銷的部分，即是要讓僱主知道自己是適合做這份工作。「以籃球隊隊長為例，他可以簡述自己參與球隊時做過的貢獻，例如曾經試過當時沒有經費，自己試過帶領大家搞活動籌錢，以事例說明自己有領導才能及對籌辦活動的熱誠，若有機會獲聘，定會對工作傾注同樣的熱情，並相信自己能勝任此工作。」他指應盡力以曾做過的職務來突顯自己的長處和性格，以客觀的字眼描述，以示個人十分適合這工作。

4.【總結sell熱情】

最後可以做一個小總結，總結自己的能力和對工作的前景有所期望。Hanson表示，要令僱主知道自己有信心及對品牌有感情，「如果應徵做售貨員，可以在信內提到自己一向很欣賞此品牌的設計及款式，並希望能參與其中。」
