【DSE放榜】零經驗照可寫好履歷？　獵頭用CV範例教你5大要點！

每年DSE放榜，有人歡喜有人愁，當成績放在眼前，才會認真考慮自己該繼續升學，還是快人一步，先踏足社會大學。其實早早發現自己的長處和興趣，並比大家早在職場上發揮所長，並不是壞事。
於人力資源公司Robert Half工作，並有約4年招聘人才經驗的Senior Recruitment Manager Hanson Chan會教各位DSE畢業生，以過往的經驗寫簡易的CV，找一份理想的工作。

Hanson表示，DSE畢業生總覺得自己沒有工作經驗，好像比大學畢業生或其他在職人士欠缺競爭力，「但其實DSE畢業生的CV內容，可以集中在其課外活動及義工工作上，寫得精簡又精彩的話，亦能吸引僱主聘用。」Hanson建議，各DSE畢業生的CV內容，可以分為4部分：

1.【個人資料】

個人資料部分，同學可以寫上自己的中、英文姓名，但CV內容應以英文書寫為佳，因為通用性較高。另外，要寫上自己的電話、地址、出生日期和性別，Hanson指：「於基本個人資料部分下，同學可以加一句句子形容自己的個性，重點字眼可以用例如是：energetic、ambitious或Leadership等詞語，但句子最好於20字內為佳。」

2.【校內成績】

Hanson表示，就算DSE畢業生的經驗少，但亦千萬別為了充撐字數而寫過多資料，「同學不必寫小學資料，集中寫中學內容便可，如讀什麼科目以及相關科目所考取的成績；校內成績部分則無需太詳盡。」

3.【課外活動】

課外活動部分，Hanson指這可謂全個CV的精髓，「我建議同學應該於課外活動部分多花心機鋪排，先寫團體活動，例如參加過學校的籃球隊和學會及擔當的職位，然後才寫一些個人活動，如朗誦比賽或劍擊比賽之類。因為職場以team work為主，講求合作，所以不少僱主都很怕請到個人主義的員工，這是先提及團體活動會比較好的原因。」

Hanson表示，每個課外活動的職務下，一定要寫相關成就，「這一是整個CV最有價值的一欄，例如你是籃球隊隊長，曾帶領球隊由B級最後一名升上第一名，這些都是值得寫的資訊。」

4.【義工】

現時很多僱主都十分着重應徵者有沒有做義工，Hanson表示：「參與義工活動顯示你是一個無私的人，而且可以與人合作，適合團體工作。同樣，義工部分都要寫參與過的義工活動及擔當的崗位、職責和成就，如帶領多少人籌組活動、怎樣統籌及最終籌到多少金額。」

Hanson強調，DSE畢業生多花心思在課外活動和義工部分，因為這兩個範疇最能夠突出個人性格，如文靜、有組織、有效率、有系統或主動等特質。他亦提醒同學們要注意撰寫CV時所用的字眼，「不可以太aggressive，盡量用一些客觀的用字陳述自己的成就，不要加太多形容詞如sucessfully。」而CV的長度，最好在一張A4紙內。
