雖然Trainspoting係經典嘅迷幻電影，其實主角係嘗試積極去改變佢嘅生活，戒除毒癮，脫離身邊嘅豬朋狗友 （轉個講法係挾帶私逃），電影雖然講唔出咩大道理，但睇完之後我覺得非常有親切感，所以我高度推介俾各位有好大壓力嘅小朋友細閱，無論你身邊嘅人，甚至你自己覺得自己幾廢都好，你要逃離，一定可以走出困局。
