美媒發現板門店宣言有兩個版本　聯合國英譯版修改字眼次序

4月韓朝峰會簽署《板門店宣言》已交往聯合國傳閱，但有美國傳媒發現交往聯合國版本的宣言與最初《板門店宣言》英語版本內文有些微不同，引起爭議。

《美國之音》報道，引起爭議的內文是第3條3項，聯合國的版本中寫到韓朝兩國「同意在2018年宣布結束戰爭狀態」。但根據最早青瓦台公開的《板門店宣言》英譯本，內文寫着兩國將「推動三方或四方會談，在2018年內宣布結束戰爭狀態」。聯合國版本中更動了句子先後次序，讓「三方或四方會談」的次序押後。

英譯版各有不同

根據雙方正式的韓語版本，有關的內文是寫着「為了宣布結束戰爭」，並轉換成「和平宣言」，需要「積極推動與中美的三方或四方會談」。

英語版本的次序轉換部分是因為英語及韓語的文法不同。現在韓國交予聯合國的版本，與朝鮮的《板門店宣言》英譯版次序大致相同。但青瓦台最初的翻譯則可被解作是在「三方或四方會談」的基礎下推動「停戰宣言」。

迎合朝鮮反迫美國？

有關改動惹來外界懷疑，韓國政府是有意或無意地迎合朝鮮，修改了交予聯合國版本的《板門店宣言》。《美國之音》引述美國塔夫茨大學朝鮮半島專家李晟允教授表示，有關的改動「十分有問題」。

因現時美國正因朝鮮未有積極採取棄核措施，對簽署停戰宣言表現被動，有關修改如同強迫美國需在年內回應韓朝要求。

青瓦台回應指有關的句子沒有問題，修改不影響對原文的理解，會產生分歧純屬誤會：「在4月27日的宣言中，兩國同意在今年簽署停戰宣言。現時遞交往聯合國的宣言大部分是基於原文翻譯，並經兩國贊同的。」
